PRODUCTS & SYSTEMS WARRANTY

WKG Water Corporation warrants to the original purchaser of our water treatment systems will be free from defects in material and workmanship and provides all labor, parts and materials for twelve (12) months from the installation date. This warranty is effective to the original purchaser and covers all parts and labor for the full term provided the system remains at the original installation site or is moved by authorized WKG Water Corporation service personnel dispatch by WKG Water Corporation for such purpose. Tanks, control heads, timers and control valves are covered by the individual manufactures parts warranty for a period of five (5) years. WKG Water Corporation will repair or replace these components during the 5-year period at no charge to the purchaser except for the service call or labor. Chlorine injection pumps are covered only for the initial 12-month period of the warranty.

This warranty does not cover systems repaired, adjusted or serviced by other companies. This warranty does not cover replacement of maintenance and / or normal wear items. This warranty does not cover damage to systems resulting from freezing, water pressure in excess of 120 pounds per square inch, ambient water temperatures in excess of 120°F. This warranty does not cover damage to systems resulting or that have been subject to abuse, misuse, accident, alteration, unauthorized repairs or adjustments or acts of nature beyond WKG Water Corporations control. WKG Water Corporation obligation is limited to repair or replacement at WKG Water Corporation option. WKG Water Corporation shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental or contingent damages whatsoever resulting from any failures of the system.

This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, guaranties, obligations or liabilities, expressed or implied. No sales representative, distributor, or other parties are authorized to make any other warranty on behalf of WKG Water Corporation This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights may which vary from state to state.
